By commissioning me, you are agreeing the the terms of service below:
- Full payment preferred upfront, but if requested 50/50 can be negotiated.
- Upon completion, you shall receive a 300 dpi JPEG of at least 8x10. Sizes may vary depending on composition.
- Commissions are not for commercial use unless otherwise stated. They are also not allowed to be used for any cryptocurrency or NFT exchanges/sales.
- Absolutely no use of generative AI training is allowed
- I will keep the ability to modify any commission as a sample/promotional image.
- Commissions are non-refundable after approval of the sketch phase.
- Significant changes after the sketch phase will result in extra charges.
- If you choose to repost/re-upload the commission you MUST include proper credit.
